KAILAHUN, October 15, 2026 — The Minister of Works and Public Assets, Dr Denis Moinina Sandy, has handed over newly constructed quarters for High Court judges and magistrates to the Chief Justice of Sierra Leone, Komba Kamanda, at Navo Kaikai Street in Kailahun.
